Maria joined Agreegain in June 2024, bringing prior experience in the iGaming industry, alongside a broader background of over 16 years leading complex projects across multiple industries. Since the company's early stages, she has played a key role in driving strategic partnerships and business development, and in managing the Casino Team. She works closely with teams across the company to ensure high-quality content integration, operational excellence, and effective delivery to clients, enabling Agreegain to provide reliable and competitive solutions.

Based in the UK, she oversees project execution and operational delivery, guiding growth and ensuring alignment across operations and strategy.

With dual degrees in Mechanical and Structural Engineering, Maria combines strong technical foundations with commercial and operational expertise. She has extensive experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects, optimizing processes, and building long-term partnerships that support sustainable growth.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys applying her analytical mindset to creative problem-solving and continually seeks to balance professional challenges with personal development.
